Annual event held mid-December

Please join us for the Christmas Fair which is our next fundraising event.  It starts straight after school.

About the Christmas Fayre

For those who are new to the event, no tickets are needed to attend.  There will be a Raffle, Face Painting, Christmas Art and Crafts, Biscuit Decoration,  Cake sale, freshly cooked waffles and … of course Santa’s Grotto!

How you can get involved

Help on the stands

There are several stands to organise so we need as many volunteers as possible to make it good fun for the children.  e.g. Selling cakes and soft drink, Face painting, Queue control for face painting, Tombola, Raffle, Arts & Crafts table, and Santa’s Grotto – taking entry fee money.  Please let us know hello@svpa.org.uk or leave a note with the office

Buy Raffle tickets

Raffle tickets are £1 each, and £20 worth of tickets will be attached to sell to family and friends.  Return one half of the ticket, remembering to write the name and telephone number of the person buying on the back of each ticket, and return to the school office with the money/ cheque* in a sealed envelope along with any unsold tickets.

Donations

Food/cake donations – Please bring in cakes whether home made or shop bought (all welcome!) for our cake sale. Thank you in advance for all your kind efforts.  You can leave them in the fridge on the left hand side on the morning of the event.

Do remember to avoid food containing nuts and alcohol

Prizes for raffle: We would greatly appreciate any items, which can be used for the raffle, new or nearly new.  If you do have anything suitable please leave it in the school office.
