Please join us for the Easter Fair which is our next fundraising event.  It starts straight after school and takes place at the school hall.

About the Easter Fair

For those who are new to the event, no tickets are needed to attend and is similar to the Christmas Fair.  There will be a raffle, face painting, Easter cookie decorating, cake sale and freshly cooked waffles as well as the infamous Easter Bonnet Parade!

How you can get involved

Help on the stands

There are several stands to organise so we need as many volunteers as possible to make it good fun for the children.  e.g. Selling cakes and soft drinks, face painting, queue control for face painting, raffle, cookie decorating table, and Easter Bonnet Display table – taking entry fee money.  Please let us know hello@svpa.org.uk or leave a note with the office

Buy Raffle tickets for the International Hamper.

Raffle tickets are £1 each, and £20 worth of tickets will be attached to sell.  Return one half of the ticket, remembering to write the name and the year of the person buying on the back of each ticket, and return to the school office with cash in a sealed envelope along with any unsold tickets.

Donations

Food/cake donations – Please bring in cakes whether home made or shop bought (all welcome!) for our cake sale. Thank you in advance for all your kind efforts.  You can leave them in the fridge on the left hand side on the morning of the event.

Do remember to avoid food containing nuts and alcohol

Prizes for tombola: We would greatly appreciate any items, which can be used for the tombola, new or nearly new.  If you do have anything suitable please leave it in the school office.

Easter Bonnet Parade

Make a bonnet, or an Easter style hat or crown and join in the Easter Bonnet Parade during the Fair. £1.00 entry fee to be paid on the moring of the Easter fair.  Judged by a member of staff.  Winner will receive a certificate. GOOD LUCK!
